ASSESSMENT AUDIT

FOR: MY INTERMEDIATE CLASS

Who are doing this learning assessment for?	What do they need the information for?	What kind of information do they need?
My students.	-They can notice if they are learning. -So they can see which their weaknesses are in order to resolve those issues. -So they can be able to think about their learning process and to be more conscious.	-They need written or oral feedback to improve their weaknesses. Individual feedback might be needed for students who have specific problems. -Write comments on their assignments of certain points that they have to work more. Do not write comments that could affect the student’s self-esteem.
The students’ parents and family.	-They can motivate students and give them more reasons to continue studying. -They can also give them feedback of their tasks. -They can help students in doubts in homework and ideas for future projects.	-They need to know when the student is missing classes. -The need to know how is the learning process of the student, if he or she needs an extra help from someone at home. -They need to know what the grades of the student are.
Principal	-So he can be aware of the materials needed in the classes in order to improve their resources and also the quality of the classes. -So he can know the class’s goals and verify if they are being accomplished.	-Ask teachers and students what their needs are, or what can be done to improve their classes.
Me (The teacher)	-So I can know which qualities have each of my students and also what their weaknesses are. -To verify if my methods used in class are being helpful to accomplish my goals or if I need to change my teaching style in order to achieve those goals.  -So I can be sure that my lesson plan is being covered as I planned to. -To know if some students need extra help but without abandon the rest of my students.	-Make like a journal where strengths and weaknesses of my students are explained. -I need documents that can reflect the process of my class. -Ask to my students if they have some ideas or suggestions that can help to improve the quality of our class or lessons.
The school district. The community	-They can see if the education in this school is of quality. -They can contemplate this school as an option for his or her children.	-They need to see that students are learning. -They need to see that the learning environment is appropriate. -They need to know what the goals of the school are.
